Delivery, Refund and Returns Policy

Delivery Information

Please allow up to three working days to dispatch your order.


We are open Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm. Not including bank holidays or UK national holidays. 


UK Orders

  • Royal Mail Standard Delivery  -  2 - 4 working days


    • USPS 3 - 10 working days
    • Evri 3 - 7 working days
    • Landmark Global 3 - 7 working days


    Delays and Refunds

    *Shipping times exclude customs delays.

    If your order has arrived and it is no longer wanted, please return it in new condition for a refund. Returns can be arranged by emailing 

    Refunds will only be given for damaged items, or items that have not been delivered where the delivery address is correct. Please note, we will not refund items if you fail to pay necessary taxes and the item is subsequently lost.  

    Delayed order policy:

    • If your order is delayed +5 days or more (see above for expected delivery times) please get in touch by email:



    If an item has been shipped to an incorrect delivery address by no fault of Purdy’s Tattoo LTD, or not collected by the customer at their local post office or is refused by the buyer and is returned or necessary tax payments are not paid by the customer, the cost of delivery will not be refunded and a re-send fee will occur.

    Customs Tax, Duties and/or VAT

    Purdy’s Tattoo LTD is based in the UK. When importing goods to international countries, there may be Tax, Duties and/or VAT fees applied by Customs. These fees may not be covered by your shipping or product cost. Purdy’s Tattoo LTD are not liable for these fees. Failure to pay these fees will result in your order being returned to Purdy’s Tattoo LTD. You will be offered a refund minus the cost of postage in this instance. If you request a replacement you will be charged a replacement delivery fee, as Purdy’s Tattoo LTD are not liable for covering this fee.



    Return & Refund Policy

    If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you can return your items within 30 days for a refund. Return shipping expenses are the buyer’s responsibly to cover, unless of course the return is our fault. After we receive the return, you can expect it to take up to one working week to process.

    Items must be in original condition when returned. If items are damaged, tampered with or removed from sterile packaging they may not be possible to refund. This includes ink bottles and sterile needle packaging. If your order has arrived and it is no longer wanted, please return it in it’s new and original condition for a refund.
